Frequently Asked Questions
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. When you downgrade, the new rate takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens when I hit a plan limit?+
We will notify you when you approach any plan limit. If you exceed a limit, your service will continue to work but new writes may be paused until you upgrade or free up resources. We will never delete your data.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?+
Yes. The Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all Pro features. No credit card is required to start the trial. If you decide not to continue, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan.
How does billing work?+
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?+
You'll receive a notification when approaching your limits. Write operations will return a 402 response suggesting an upgrade, while read operations continue working normally. You can upgrade your plan at any time.
